Due to the cold weather conditions, today’s scheduled doubleheader between Grand Rapids and Sinclair has been postponed.
There will be a single 9 inning game tomorrow beginning at 2:30 pm and there will be 2 7 inning games on Sunday beginning at 10:00 am.
All the games can be heard on radio1.gemcitysports.com and will be available on our website www.gemcitysports.com after the completion of the days games.

Sinclair Softball Nationally Ranked
Dayton, OH – The Sinclair softball team returned from the Space Coast of Florida flying high as they used spring break to start the season 11-0. Blasting off to an undefeated start, they also earned enough votes to move up to #13 nationally in this week’s NJCAA Division II Softball Rankings.

Shepherd Earns OCCAC Baseball Player Of The Week
SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – Believe it or not, Spring sports have begun in the OCCAC and the conference’s first Baseball/Softball Athletes of the Week (Feb. 26-March 4) have been awarded. Lakeland’s Kallista Hribar (position player) and Abby Takacs (pitcher) swept the softball accolades while Colin Shepherd of Sinclair picked up baseball player of the week recognition and Cuyahoga’s Doug Smith is the pitcher of the week.
