Today on Gem City Sports Network, we have a triple-header of basketball action! Starting at 2 PM, it’s womens’ action as the Sinclair Tartan Pride host the Southern State Patriots. Following that at approximately 4 PM, it’s mens’ action, again featuring Sinclair hosting Southern State. To cap it off, at 7:30 PM, it’s boys’ high school action as the Carroll Patriots travel to face the Belmont Bison.

The Gem City Sports Network (GCSN), a new Dayton-based internet radio station, has reached a deal with Sinclair Community College to broadcast select Sinclair Tartan Pride basketball games for the remainder of 2012-13 season. GCSN will begin coverage of Sinclair basketball witha doubleheader on Saturday December 1st when both the mens’ and womens’ teams face off against Southern State Community College. Tip-off for the womens’ game is scheduled for 2:00 PM. A complete schedule will be available at www.gemcitysports.com.
The Sinclair Tartan Pride compete in Division 2 of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), and are members of the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC). Sinclair’s mens’ team is currently 6-2, and are showing one of their strongest teams to date, with their only losses coming to Mott CC(ranked #1 nationally in D2), and to Miami-Middletown.
