CSU’s opening game shortened due to weather; ECSU wins 19-10
ELIZABETH CITY, North Carolina – The Central State Marauders showed resiliency after falling behind by an early touchdown, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Elizabeth City State’s big-plays in the running game and the lightning in the area, as the Vikings came away with a 19-10 weather-shortened victory in the opening game of the college football season.

WAYNESFIELD, Ohio (8/16/18) – After a successful night of giveaways last weekend, Waynesfield Raceway Park in Waynesfield, Ohio is back in action this Saturday night with more goodies to be given away. During intermission, drivers will line the front stretch signing autographs, handing out hero cards, and giving away school supplies to help students start a new school year on the right foot.
Tonight’s game between the Wild Boars and the Dayton Wolves has been postponed due to rain. It has been rescheduled for next Wednesday night at 6:00 pm at Gastineau Field in New Carlisle.
