Following a dramatic 2-1 District Semi-Final victory over Wayne, the Beavercreek Beavers travel to West Carrollton to take on the #3 seed Loveland Tigers for the District Championship.

BENGALS PLAYER MOVE

 

            The Bengals today cleared fourth-year LB Vontaze Burfict to resume practicing with the team. Burfict may practice without counting against the 53-player roster limit for a period of up to 21 days. He remains on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list, where he was placed Sept. 5 due to need for continuing rehab of a knee injury.

            Burfict could be activated to the roster at any time during the 21-day period, per club decision.

            Burfict was the Bengals’ leading tackler in both 2012 and 2013, and he was a Pro Bowl selection for the ’13 season. He played in five games last season. He was placed on the Reserve/Injured list on Dec. 9 of last year, due to a knee injury suffered Oct. 26 vs. Baltimore.
