Today the Gem City Sports Network will begin our eighth year of operation.
In the seven years of operation, GCSN has come a long way and we hope to continue to bring you the best coverage of LOCAL in the area.
We would like to thank all of you who have listened to GCSN and to those schools and organizations who have allowed us to broadcast their games and events.
This afternoon we will be broadcasting a women’s college basketball game between the Grand Valley State Lakers and the Central State Marauders at 3:30 on radio1.gemcitysports.com.
Also today’s broadcast will be 1,746 games or shows that we have done.

It’s playoff time! This week we cover the 2nd round sectional playoff match between the #5 Oakwood Lumberjacks and the #6 Valley View Spartans. Oakwood won the first two meetings in the regular season, but will fortune repeat itself in the playoffs? Or will the Spartans get their first win against the Lumberjacks this year where it matters the most?
